Getting Started
I'm new to Pilates, where should I start?
If you have never done Pilates before, you can either sign up for a Level 1 Class, or sign up for a Private Session.
What should I wear?
You should be dressed in comfortable clothing. We only require that you wear socks. If you are interested, we sell Tucketts toeless Pilates socks
How much time should I give myself to arrive before the class?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class. If you need to change, give yourself 15 minutes.
I'm pregnant, and I'm not sure what level of class I should take?
If you're in your first trimester, and your doctor allows you to take Pilates classes, then you may sign up for a Level 1 class. In all other cases, you should sign up for a Private Session.
Booking & Scheduling
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a notice of cancellation 12 hours or more before the class start time in order to free up your spot and credit your account. Click here for more on our policies.
How do waitlists work?
If a class is fully booked, you can secure a spot on the waitlist by clicking on the "Join Waitlist" button. Your name will be added to the waitlist queue. If someone cancels their reservation and you are next in line on the waitlist, and there is at least one hour remaining before the class begins, you will be automatically enrolled in the class, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Private & Duet Sessions
I'm interested in Private Sessions. How do I book one?
To book a Private Session, click here and just submit your desired time and date. If we find a match of an available instructor, then we will book a Private Session for you and you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the same 12 hour cancellation policy applies to Private and Semi-Private sessions.
How do I book a Duet for me and my partner/friend?
To book a Duet, click here and just submit your desired time and date. You will also need to submit your partner/friend's email address, and be sure that he/she is already registered in our system and has purchased a Duet Session. For Duets, each person needs to purchase their own Duet. Once we find a match of an available instructor, we will book a Duet for you and your partner/friend and you both will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the same 12 hour cancellation policy applies to Private and Semi-Private sessions.
How to cancel a Private Session, Duet, or a Trio?
To Cancel a private or semi-private session, go to the My Schedule page and then click on the "Cancel" button. Please note that canceling a semi-private session (Duet or Trio) will cancel the session for everyone, so please be mindful of this. If you can not make it to the semi-private session, but would like your partners to participate in the session, then don't cancel the session.
Gifts & Credits
How can I purchase a gift card?
It's easy! Once you're logged in, you can buy a virtual gift card in specific denominations that match our packages. Alternatively, you have the option to choose a “Custom“ gift card, where you can enter the desired amount yourself. After selecting the type of gift card, simply enter the recipient's name and email address, and complete your purchase.
What happens after I purchase a gift card?
Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send an email to the recipient you specified, providing them with detailed instructions on how to redeem the gift card.
How does gift card redemption work?
When the recipient redeems the gift card, they'll receive a credit in their account equivalent to the value of the gift card. This credit can be applied towards a purchase at checkout.
Can I purchase a physical gift card?
Absolutely! For those who prefer a physical gift card, you can visit our studio and purchase one in person. The physical card will come with a unique redeem code written on it. The recipient simply needs to log in and enter the redeem code to receive the credit in their account.
Can I gift a class to someone?
Yes! If you have unused classes in your account that aren't expiring within the next two days, you can gift one or more to someone else. Just click Gift Class > Send a Class. Make sure to double-check the recipient's email address before sending. Once it's sent, we can't retrieve it if it goes to the wrong person.
Do gifted classes expire?
Yes—if they're not claimed. Gifted class transfers expire either 30 days after they're sent or when the sender's package expires, whichever comes first. Once a class is claimed, it follows the original sender's package expiration.
How does Credit work?
Credit is something you either earn or receive through Gift Cards, and it can be applied to some future package(s). You can see it in the My Balance page when it's available. You can apply the credit that you do have towards your purchase at checkout. Credit can not be converted to money and can only be used toward studio packages.
