Studio Policy

  • Cancellation Policy

    All STUDIO classes and sessions have 12-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within the 12-hour window will be charged for the class or session.

  • Class Levels

    If you are a beginner who has never taken Pilates before, you should only sign up for Level 1 (beginner level) class. Then, your instructor will promote you to Level 2 (the intermediate level), when they believe you are ready.

    If you feel you're an intermediate level student, you may try our Level 2 class but your instructor will assess you and tell you if you should remain in Level 2 or go back to Level 1.

    In order to take our Level 3 (Advanced level) class, you must take at least one Level 2 class and be promoted by your instructor to Level 3 class.

  • No Walk-ins

    All classes and sessions are by reservation only, and payment is due prior to the scheduled session or class. No walk-ins.

  • Prompt

    For safety reasons, we do not allow late entry (5 minutes or more) to our classes. No exceptions. All classes and sessions begin and end on time.

  • 45 Minute Exception

    Classes and sessions are 50 minutes long. Group classes with only one participant will be shortened to 45 minutes.

  • Substitute

    We reserve the right to substitute instructors if necessary.

  • Pregnancy

    Pregnant women are discouraged from taking classes, unless the class is specifically prenatal, and instead are encouraged to take private sessions.

  • No Bare Feet

    No bare feet please. Socks are required.

  • No Gum, Phones, or Perfumes Please

    No gum chewing please. Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, and other scents. No use of cell phones. Please turn off the cell phones before entering the studio.

  • No Taping, Recording, or Streaming In the Studio

    Recording the classes is prohibited. We ask that you keep your cellphones and other cameras in the bag during the class. If you would like to post to a social media, please wait until the class has finished.

  • Turn Away

    We reserve the right to turn away clients who do not comply with our policy and refund their purchases.

  • Packages

    All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and all have expiration dates.

  • Package Expiration

    Some packages, like the group class packages, have two concepts of expiration to be aware of: the ”start using by”, which is how much time you have to start using the package after purchasing it, and the ”expires x months after the first use”, which indicates how long you have after the first use of the package before it expires.

  • New Client Specials/Offers

    New Client Specials are to be purchased only once by new clients.

  • Package Extension

    We will extend packages for another month only with a purchase of any of the following full price packages:

  • Payment

    We accept credit cards and cash. We offer 5% discount when paying with cash.

  • Refunds and Exchanges

    All packages, classes, private sessions, and duets are non-refundable and are not exchangeable. All sales are final.

  • Prices are subject to change

  • Privacy
